Human Centered Design and Agile

I wrote Human-Centered Agile because with every team or new engagements found myself constantly having to explain to my client and my teams not only what UX was, but how it fit within Agile Delivery.

Over and over, there was a team-specific learning curve, and at each new team a need to start from square one. When I joined a new team, a new project started or leadership change, we often had to redefine and reinvent process and goals.

Human-Centered Agile contains practical, hands-on advice to get UX and Agile delivery working together, learning earlier, and avoid building the wrong thing.
